The STAGE 2 Return to Work Safety Plan can be found here. All changes to the original safety plan are in red.
There will be no exceptions or deviations from the Safety Plan guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please notify a member of the Facilities/Building Safety team (Melanie Bertrand and Katherine Rhodes) or Chris Crossfield. Exemptions from any of these policies must be approved by the Centre Director and Faculty of Medicine.

The Access Agreement can be found here. This must be filled out before returning to lab space. Once the PI has signed the Access Agreement, please email it to Director Lynn Raymond and copy Chris Crossfield. A signed copy will be returned to each PI, who must then send it to all research staff.The signed Access Agreement should be posted prominently in the lab space.

Research teams must follow the posted schedule, either on the Lab Calendar or the Sign-in/out sheet. If any shifts are switched, the calendar must be updated so that the information posted is current.
DMCBH Main and DMCBH Koerner Labs are open weekdays from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Please adhere to this schedule to ensure custodial staff have access for daily deep cleaning. Work after hours or on weekends will be approved on an exceptional basis by the Director.
